Hey all.. be cautious out there if you're looking for a rental. I've had two different people contact me today that someone has stolen one of my listing photos and descriptions and is running a rental scam. This is not uncommon in our industry, but you need to make sure you are fully aware of who you're working with for housing. These scammers are intelligent and convincing. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. You're not going to find a house that's worth half a million dollars available to rent for $1,000 a month in our area during the height of tourist season!
