The real estate market report for April is in! Across Flathead County, we had an increase in the number of closed sales and a decrease in the number of days on market. That means more homes are selling faster than in previous months.

Summer is historically the busiest season for real estate here, so I expect the numbers to heat up even more as we roll into May, June, and July

✨Real estate stats✨In March, Flathead County had 90 closed transactions with an average sale price of $977,541.

Across the county, the number of closed sales stayed consistent compared to last month, however we saw an increase in the average days on market, as well as an increase in the average sales price.
