Why American Buyers Are Finally Getting Leverage
It’s encouraging to see buyers gaining more negotiating power as our market shifts from the intense competition of the past few years. With more properties available, there’s a greater opportunity to compare homes and make decisions at your own pace, rather than feeling rushed. Builders are also offering incentives, mortgage-rate buydowns, and price adjustments to help hesitant buyers take the next step. While higher mortgage rates are still a consideration and keep many cautious, the landscape is changing—giving buyers new leverage and flexibility as they look for the right fit.
