Local Kalispell, MT realtor reportedly under investigation after receiving multiple complaints for being “a little too invested” in her clients 👀🏡✨

Sources say she:
📝 starts mentally staging and marketing homes before she even leaves the driveway
💰 looks up taxes, insurance estimates, septic info, and utility details before anyone asks
🏔️ gets emotionally attached to mountain views, horse properties, and wraparound porches
🐻 goes full Montana mama bear when it comes to protecting her buyers and sellers
☕ treats clients more like friends and family than “transactions”
🏡 believes buying or selling a home is one of the biggest life decisions a person can make

Witnesses claim things escalated after another agent reportedly said:
“Your buyers ask WAY too many questions…” 👀

According to reports, she simply smiled and replied:
“Good. They should.” 🙃

Additional reports indicate she may also be guilty of:
