I sell homes to veterans in Kalispell, and there’s a few things I do differently every single time.

• Chipping paint on a house built before 1978 can stop a VA loan cold, so I check for it before we ever write the offer
• I build closings around PCS orders, not holidays
• I’ve walked a buyer through an entire house on video call while they were stationed overseas
• Every VA loan needs a well and septic test, no exceptions, so I order it before anyone asks

As summer comes to an end here in the Flathead, I’m just sitting in the gratitude.

Roatan with my kids. Slow weekends at home. A husband who holds it all together so I can go do what I love.

I sell real estate because I believe a home is where all of this happens. The memories, the growing up, the ordinary Saturdays. I work hard for your family the same way I work hard for mine.

God has blessed me way beyond what I deserve and I don’t take one day of it for granted.

Not long ago, the Flathead School Snack Program wasn’t even operating. Today, it’s been consistently feeding kids for the past 17 months—and that’s something truly special.

As a board member, it’s been incredibly rewarding to help bring this program back into schools and watch it grow into something that’s making a real difference every single week.

This is what happens when a community comes together—businesses, volunteers, and partners all stepping up to make sure kids are taken care of. 🙌
