Did you know Tinguely Development built Waimea Parkside’s little sister up in North Kohala? Called Hanaula Village this small subdivision has the charm of Parkside without the price tag. This beautifully appointed three bedroom two bath home was the model home and has been lovingly taken care of by one owner. Acacia floors, fenced yard, and a standing tub are just some of the features that make this home special. Megan MacArthur
