We will be having a planned outage on Wednesday July 31 at 11:45 pm that will last approximately 4 hours.

This home is a must-see! Fun fact, the current owners recently upgraded the HVAC system. Before this upgrade, the home was heated by a coal furnace! It’s much easier to operate the heat now! No shoveling required. 🙂
