Before entering, pause and assess:
• Who is attending?
• Is the property occupied, vacant, or under construction?
• Is the location unfamiliar or isolated?
• Do you have cell service?
• Has someone been given your showing schedule?

Trust your instincts. Stay aware. Plan ahead.
