The latest data from the Wake County Register of Deeds Office shows that the median price of all parcels of real estate sold in February 2022 set a new monthly record—$420,000.

A reminder that a great agent can, should, and will help buyers and sellers navigate this market—no matter how fast-paced it is.

New data shows that median home prices in the region have increased nearly 24% in a year, and homes are less affordable now than ever before.

A lot of folks have been expressing concerns to me and to my agent colleagues about recent real estate reports indicating markets in NC are slowing or reversing trends.

Some even use the word “bubble.”

But. Yet.

The fundamentals are strong in the Charlotte metro, in the Triangle area, and in many other markets across the state.

RALEIGH - New data jointly released by the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development shows that, compared to May, the sales of newly constructed homes dropped by 6.6%

Last week, the Town of Davidson Board of Commissioners approved two important mobility projects that will better connect the town.

1) The Grey Road sidewalk project starts at Concord Road and ends at Wolfe Street. Could be completed within 120 days.

2) A portion of Beaty Street starting at Oakhill Apartments and ending at the Beaty Street – North Main Street intersection has been approved but there are still two items to resolve before the project begins. This project will now include a flashing crossing beacon to protect residents and visitors.
