✨Reintroducing myself because connection matters✨

If we haven’t officially met, I’m Whitney Gibson, a North & South Carolina Realtor who believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling property; It’s about people, purpose, and connection.

Before real estate, I lived several lives. I was a first gen D1 athlete who obtained a degree, a professional basketball player in Europe, learning discipline, resilience, and teamwork on a global stage. I worked in the hospital setting once l arrived to Charlotte, including the ER and a medical-surgical floor, where compassion, calm under pressure, and advocacy weren’t optional, they were essential. Those experiences shaped how I show up today: steady, prepared, and deeply people-centered.

I’m a wife to the most amazing man and a mother to three incredible children, my greatest joy and my greatest “why.” One of my babies is a brain cancer survivor, and that journey forever changed how I view time, priorities, and presence. My family is the reason I chose real estate. This career allows me to design a life where I can be fully available for school drop-offs and pickups, games and practices, doctor appointments, and the everyday moments that truly matter.

You’ll often find me on the sidelines of basketball
(I coach/mentor), softball, baseball, and football, living vicariously through my kids and cheering just as hard for my clients. Because when you work with me, you’re not just a transaction, you become family. I take that seriously.
