Serious about buying a house soon? 🏠 Be well prepared by focusing on the dealbreakers. Make a list of those must-haves and absolutely nots 🗒 I always enjoy having this conversation with clients as it truly helps me to understand what's important to them, and everyone is different.

Some common dealbreakers may include:
- # of bathrooms
- acreage
- specific neighborhood or school
- garage
- commute time to work

Some other unique dealbreakers may include:
