This is a very well written article for those who are still beginners when it comes to moving into a apartment! Feel free to come to our leasing office and ask our managers for tips on move-in as well. They have experienced many Dos and Don'ts with some of their tenants so don't by shy! 😜

Awesome management, office staff and maintenance is top notch. Very caring staff and takes care of any maintenance needs right away. It's very quiet and clean here. I have no regrets moving here 18 months ago. Best decision I made. I have recommended these apartments to a couple of my friends.

Been living here for over a year and a half. It's a pretty nice place.
We have tried to not use maintenance as much as possible so we aren't a nuisance to the office, but when we DO need to use maintenance it has always been fixed the same day we requested it, usually within two hours. Great customer service and friendly people overall.

Yes I love this apartments I been here for almost 7 years and planing to stay for long time. I don't think I can find another place that exceeds cimarron. Maintenance and all the office crew are excellent and very professional staff. I do recommend cimarron to family and friends.

Me and my family have moved to live here in Cimarron apartments. Our experience has been wonderful. We were very well received by the manager and the rest of the people who work there are very kind. I'm happy I know and I'm sure the we choose cimarron to be our home. I'm strongly recomienden cimarron apartments to friends and family's.

Stephanie was very fast in contacting me about availability. They were flexible and worked with me to meet my time frame to move in. Great customer service. Looks to be a good start to a 12 month lease.
