INVENTORY IS STILL TIGHT
Buyers may have fewer homes to choose from than they’d like, which means well-priced, desirable homes can still attract plenty of attention.

PRICING AND PATIENCE MATTER
Homes are spending over 40 days on the market, according to metro-wide listing data. Buyers may have opportunities to negotiate, while sellers need a smart pricing strategy from day one.

The bottom line? The Kansas City market is still moving, but every neighborhood, price point, and property is different. Local knowledge and a solid strategy can make all the difference!
