1. “You have to be pre-approved before you can talk to me.”
Nope. Who you use for your mortgage matters. Let me help you find the best mortgage lender for your specific needs.

2. “You need a huge down payment and have to pay every closing cost yourself.”
If you are strategic the seller may pay some of those for you - and some lenders have crazy grants.

3. “I have to take on every client who comes my way.”
Agents, its OK to say no to those toxic clients. Firing a rude or toxic client is worth the $$$ - seriously.

4. “You have to be all over social media to get clients.”
Find what you are best at and do that! Open Houses, client events, etc.

5. “Other agents are your competition.”
Collaborate! We are all out here trying to survive. Treat each other with respect and don't let your client steer you in the wrong direction.
