What better way to kick off the holidays than in a brand-new home? 🏡🎄

This one is extra special — a dear friend of mine called me “just to take a quick peek” at a house… and next thing we knew, we had less than 30 days to find the one.

With some fast moves, quick timing, and solid negotiation skills, we crossed the finish line just in time — the day before Thanksgiving! Talk about grateful. 🤍🍂

🚨 It’s Closing day! There’s nothing more rewarding than handing the 🔑 to your client and see all our collective hard work pay off!

When I met these clients at an open house we ended up talking for over an hour because the vibe was just mutually so easy going! They weren’t sure if they were quite ready to move, they were looking for their forever home but also loved the home they were in so there was no rush. We exchanged contacts and I told them when they were ready let me know!

FF a month later they had seen a home they liked and were ready to make the leap. That house didn’t work out but on the hunt we went. After looking at many homes and 🥊 fighting through this competitive market I got the phone call: they found 💫THE ONE!! I just so happen to be in the middle of no where driving home from vacation! 😱 I had to work quick, multiple offers were already in and the deadline was only a couple hours away! Off to the passenger seat I went to write up the offer with our best and strongest strategies into play. I shushed all the kids because “mommy has to focus!!” 😂 I finished exactly 10 minutes before my laptop died and got it sent with 20 minutes to spare of the deadline!
We crossed our fingers and prayed for the best and we WON!🏅

I couldn’t be happier for them. It was such an enjoyable experience. The best part is when your clients become friends💕 Extra shout out to their sweet son who helped seal the deal with his charm and great listening skills! (He knows the story😉)
