🎉 Huge congratulations to Dave & Krislin on both the sale AND purchase of your new home! 🏡✨

When my mom mentioned her longtime friend Krislin might need some real estate help, I gave her a call and met with her that very night. Thanks to the help of my team lead, Andrew, we were able to secure an off-market buyer for her home before it even hit the market—such a win!

From there, it was full steam ahead on finding their next place. After writing a few offers and even going under contract once (before inspections threw a wrench in things), we knew the right one was still out there. And then we walked into the one off 9 Hwy… they were picturing family gatherings, where their furniture would go, and even what they’d plant in the backyard. It just felt like home. 🌿❤️

Finally getting to celebrating on socials with all of my past closings since baby #2 made her entrance!

They came to me through a friend (referrals are the best compliment 🙌), and after a less-than-great experience in the past, I knew this one needed to be different.

They were laser-focused on a specific school district—and after a little boundary-line detective work, I found a hidden gem that was wrongly mapped out of the zone. Once we realized it was a match, it was game on.

They walked in, saw deer roaming the backyard (yes, on a city lot 🦌), and Michael, being the hunter he is, was sold. Their son gets to stay at his school, and they’ve already got plans to make this house their own.

In October I had the privilege of sponsoring the Metropolitan Community College Honk N Howl trunk or treat event. At the event I handed out coloring pages to the kiddos to color on and submit for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card thanks to Jason Larkins, KC Loans!

The drawing was supposed to commence prior to Halloween however I thought I did not have any submissions. Lo and behold they were all sitting in my spam email!
