Sometimes, a home is better in person!

Have you ever scrolled past a listing because the photos just didn't catch your eye?

Here's something worth remembering: photos don't always tell the whole story.

Lighting, camera angles, and how a room is photographed can make a big difference in that first impression.

But what if the home has more to offer than the pictures show?

The natural light, the way the rooms flow together, the details you might not notice on a screen… sometimes you have to walk through the door to really appreciate a space.

So before you completely rule out a home based on its photos, it might be worth a second look.

You never know what might surprise you!

The front door might be the hardest-working spot in your house this time of year.

Shoes, jackets, backpacks, keys, packages… somehow it all ends up in the same place.

A few simple changes can make everyday life a little easier:

• Add hooks for the things you grab daily.
• Keep a tray or mat for muddy shoes.
• Give keys and mail a designated spot.
• Use a basket for hats, gloves, or pet supplies.
