Shignya, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Having her as a Realtor was the best thing to ever happened for us, especially being a first time home buyer.

Shignya, was awesome throughout the entire process. She was great on getting us ready for what to expect on the current house market. communication throughout the search was amazing. She is always on time and always available to show us the houses we wanted. As we know now the house market is crazy and not enough houses on the market for everyone, We almost gave up on our dream house if it wasn’t for her.

Once we got the house, she was on the top of everything! She was with us through it all. During inspection and closing process and everything in between. She is a true pro! She even came to the closing and discovered a very important missing document that no one notice, not even the title closer and she saved us thousands of dollar on the very last day. I will never use another realtor. Her greatest attribute is that she listened, truly cared for what we wanted and found it for us. I recommend her to anyone who is Looking to find a place to call home.

Thank you Shignya!! We wouldn’t have found our beautiful home. That we will enjoy forever, If it wasn’t for you!!
