Revitalizing this 50,000 SF shopping center in the heart of one of Kansas City’s favorite neighborhoods was a very exciting endeavor for our team that we’ve been anxious to share with our community.

We want to give special thanks to CFS Engineers, Davidson Architecture & Engineering , Nolte Associates, and J&S Structural Engineers, this would not have been possible without their amazing contributions.

Happy Friday! Construction at 9013 State Line Road is coming along nicely, we are thrilled to share a few photos with you all of the amazing progress made by our friends at Phillco Construction.

One of our most exciting recent projects, this 2,100 sqft. build-to-suit will be home to a Starbucks comprised of a drive-through, interior café, and outdoor patio. Situated right off 90th and State Line Road in Kansas City, MO it is our pleasure to offer those in the community easy access to their favorite coffee house and roaster.
