So happy for my buyers!

Lauren and Nick are newlyweds, who originally from Missouri, are relocating from Nebraska for her career.

After 5 offers, we were able to secure this adorable fully updated ranch. We got real creative with things that appealed to the seller beyond just the sale price. Things such as allowing the sellers to occupy the property rent from for extended period of time while they too searched for their new home, and covering the sellers closing costs.

We all know this market is hot and crazy so make sure you have an agent who can help you win in these crazy multiple offer situations.

Apparently today is National Take Your Kid to Work Day….. However, I take my kiddos to work with 80% of the time. They are great assistants for showing houses and pointing good/bad things out to potential buyers!

When I meet with potential clients I’m very upfront that I’m a mom first and more than likely I will have a kid or two with me when we go to look at houses. So far I’ve had very understanding and sweet clients who don’t care.
