Responsibilities

Convert highly motivated leads to contracts
Contact homeowners of houses such as: Vacant, Deferred Maintenance, Pre-Foreclosure, etc.
While driving, send mailers to homeowners from our app on your phone
Manage input and follow up of motivated leads in our CRM

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Terrific work ethic, willing to outthink and outwork the competition to close deals
Interpersonal communication skills are imperative
Must be coachable and willing to learn Real Estate specific sales tactics
