Take me back! If I am going to be in 100-degree heat, would rather be here! Mexico, you understood the assignment. 🇲🇽☀️🌴

A little too much sun, definitely too many margaritas, zero concept of what day it was, and some of my favorite memories with my favorite people.

We came home tanner, happier, slightly more tired than when we left, and already questioning why real life doesn’t include someone handing you a drink by the pool. 😂

10/10 trip. Would absolutely abandon my responsibilities and do it again. ✈️🌊🤍

💥 I’VE CAPPED!🔥

That means I’ve officially hit my brokerage cap and will now earn 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for the remainder of my anniversary year. A milestone like this is never about the number. Rather, it represents every client who has trusted me, every referral sent my way, every late-night call, every problem solved, and every deal I fought to get across the finish line.

I’m incredibly grateful, wildly and almost problematically caffeinated, and nowhere near done. Let’s keep going!

☀️ THE WEEKEND DROP: August 8–9 ☀️

School may be getting closer, but there are still a few more weekends of summer left. This weekend’s lineup has a little something for the curious kids, creative crowds, train lovers, and anyone determined to squeeze every last drop out of summer.

🔬 SciFest: Play and Creativity Expo
📍 St. Louis Science Center
🗓 Saturday, August 8
⏰ 9:30 AM–4:30 PM
Hands-on science, creativity, and plenty of opportunities for kids to learn while thinking they’re just having fun. Parenting win.

🎭 Summerween
📍 COCA
🗓 Saturday, August 8
A summer-meets-Halloween celebration. And honestly, I support it because as a Halloween-lover, one spooky season per year is no longer enough imo.

🚂 “All Aboard” The Wabash, Frisco & Pacific Railroad
📍 Glencoe, Missouri
🗓 Select Sundays
⏰ 11 AM–4 PM
Take a scenic miniature train ride along the Meramec River. It’s nostalgic, family-friendly, and much more fun than another lap around Target.

What are you checking out this weekend? Drop your plans below, and tag someone who is always asking, “What should we do with the kids?” 😂

3611 Forest Dale Drive is opening its doors this Sunday, and if you’ve been waiting for a move-in-ready home in South County that doesn’t require a six-to-nine-month relationship with your contractor, painter, plumber, or electrician, this one deserves a look.

This updated 4-bedroom ranch blends the charm of a 1950s home with the improvements buyers actually want today: a renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, multiple living spaces, a wood-burning fireplace, updated flooring, an oversized 2-car garage, and plenty of room to spread out.

Come tour it in person, grab a snack, ask questions, and see whether Forest Dale feels like home.

📍 3611 Forest Dale Drive, St. Louis, MO 63125
📅 Sunday, August 9th
⏰ 1:00–3:00 PM
🏡 Private tours available during the open house

Know someone looking in the 63125 area? Send this their way. Friends don’t let friends miss a good house because the algorithm decided they needed another video about sourdough instead.

A trip to remember 😊 We packed light, had all of the pina coladas and cervezas, ate way too well at so many restaurants, held turtles and fed tortoises; laughed too hard, made some new friends, and celebrated 4️⃣0️⃣. And while it’s never long enough, we came home with a full camera roll of memories and (almost) zero regrets. 😂😉

Buying a home from another state used to feel like a gamble with zero guardrails in place.

Today, it can be a highly strategic process when you have the right systems, technology, and local representation in place.

In my latest Substack article, I break down why long-distance home buying is no longer a compromise, how remote buyers can make informed decisions, and what actually matters when you cannot be physically present for every step of the process.

From video tours and digital paperwork to inspections, local market context, and having someone boots-on-the-ground who knows what to look for, buying from a distance can be efficient, informative, and far less stressful or overwhelming than most people might expect.

Especially for military families, relocating professionals, and anyone moving to St. Louis from out of state, preparation matters far more than proximity so reach out any time with questions or assistance. I am always here to help!

Save this for your next move, or send it to someone preparing to buy a home from another city or state so you can be the real MVP when the times comes or in helping someone else get their footing.

Five years ago, buying a home from across the country was a high-stakes sport with a lot on the line and even more to manage.

CONGRATS to my clients on the next chapter relocating to STL! 🎉 14303 Jamestown Bay Drive is officially SOLD and despite sometimes waiting for the other shoe to drop, this one was smooth from start to finish. When the process is seamless with a great agent/friend Mike Lamartina on the other side, it's a welcomed change. Grateful for collaborative colleagues who make deals feel easier instead of exhausting. Cheers to new beginnings!

Two different clients. Two very different stories. Two things in common.

A bumpier transaction with many challenges that arose. And, trust in me to walk them through it to get the job done.

These two reviews remind me why I love what I do. Coming back from the 4th to two past client testimonials, and both written on 7/4, means the world. It means that they felt compelled enough to take time out of their celebrations with family and friends to make sure I knew I have their support.

Buying or selling a home isn't just paperwork and negotiations. It's phone calls after hours. Tough conversations. Problem-solving when things don't go according to plan. Celebrating the wins. Managing the stress. Being the person my clients know they can count on when the stakes are high.

To my amazing sellers: thank you.

Thank you for allowing me to advocate for you, challenge you when needed, celebrate with you, and guide you through every twist and turn. But most of all, thank you for believing that regardless of the circumstance, you knew you could rely on me to get the results you wanted and more.

Sometimes, this can be a really thankless career. So, I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

If we've worked together and you haven't shared your experience yet, I'd love to hear what the process was like from your perspective. Your story might be exactly what someone else needs to feel confident taking their own next step.

A little late on the red, white, and blue recap, but the 4th of July weekend was exactly what I needed. I took time to put the phone down, computer away, and enjoy being home.

Good (and always way too much) food, great friends, some time with family, the lake and boats, fireworks, and the kind of summer chaos that somehow makes the best memories.

Grateful for slower moments lately, the loud laughs, and the people who always make life feel full😊.

Hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th! 🇺🇸
