Look at drainage first, then openings, framing, heating and cooling runs, and plumbing locations. If something feels off, ask about it before the walls go up because outlet spots, switch placement, and small layout changes are much easier to fix now. Around Kansas City, we would rather slow down here than pay for a simple change later.
