Clocked in vs. clocked out… but in real estate, the lines can blur a little.

Some days are full speed with showings, negotiating, contracts, and working on the go.
Other days I’m in mom mode, attending my kids sports events, spending time with my family, while still checking my phone here and there.

Busy days, slower days, family time in between.
