I sat down with these sellers more than a year ago when they were just starting to think about making a move. We put together a game plan, and to their credit, they took every suggestion to heart and implemented all of them over the past year.

The result? Their home showed beautifully, attracted strong interest, and generated 4 offers in two days. Even better, they ended up netting more money than they originally expected.

Selling a home isn't just about timing the market ... it's about having a plan and putting in the work before the sign ever goes in the yard. These sellers did exactly that.

Thank you for trusting me to guide you through the process. I'm excited for this next chapter and grateful I had the opportunity to help.

Wishing you both the very best on your next adventure! 🎉

Sitting at a home inspection for my buyers and wanted to share a quick peek at some of the highlights:

an incredible kitchen, spacious pantry,
relaxing primary bath, and outdoor space made for entertaining.

Which one would win you over?

🎉 Another one under contract! 🎉

It was a busy weekend, and I'm excited to share that my buyers secured this beautiful new construction home! 🏡

There's nothing quite like getting the call that your offer has been accepted and knowing you're one step closer to the finish line. I'm so excited for my clients as they begin this next chapter and can't wait to see this house become their home.

Congratulations to my buyers!

The Kansas City market continues to move toward a more balanced environment as we head into summer. 📈🏡

Buyers are seeing a little more breathing room, with inventory improving and homes taking slightly longer to sell. Sellers, meanwhile, are still benefiting from strong demand, with homes selling for an average of 98.8% of their original list price.

The biggest takeaway?

Inventory is improving, but we're still not in a buyer's market. Well-priced, well-presented homes continue to attract attention, while buyers have more opportunities to negotiate than they did a year or two ago.

Whether you're buying, selling, or just keeping an eye on the market, the Kansas City metro remains healthy and active.

As always, real estate is hyper-local, so if you're curious what these trends mean for your neighborhood specifically, I'm always happy to help.

Through Rotary's Friendship Exchange program, I have the privilege of hosting a Rotarian from Argentina while they're here experiencing Kansas City and the excitement surrounding the FIFA World Cup. ⚽🇦🇷🇺🇸

One of the things I love most about Rotary is how quickly strangers become friends. What starts as a visit across continents turns into shared meals, conversations, laughter, and connections that last a lifetime.

As a Realtor, I spend a lot of time talking about what makes our communities special. This week, I get to show someone from halfway around the world exactly why I love calling Kansas City home.

From BBQ and local attractions to the people who make this area great, I'm excited to help give our guest a true Kansas City experience.

If you were hosting an international visitor for a week, what's the one Kansas City spot you'd make sure they didn't miss?

Over a dozen Rotarians from Argentina arrived in Kansas City for the FIFA World Cup as part of a friendship exchange program through the international organization.

The highest compliment isn't a closing gift.

It's when your clients know you well enough to know exactly what you'd love.

These sellers surprised me with carrot cake from Nick & Jake's at closing because they know it's my favorite dessert.
Helping people buy and sell homes is important, but the relationships that come from it are what make this business special.

Thank you for the sweet surprise. ❤️

I believe with all my heart that strong communities don't happen by accident but rather they're built by investing in people.

Congratulations to this year's Parkville Rotary scholarship recipients. We're excited to see where your hard work, dedication, and talent take you next.

North Kansas City recently approved plans for a new full-service grocery store...

What's one business or service you'd still love to see come to the Northland?

POV: Your buyers ask if YOU are making an offer on the house.

Realtor confession:

Every now and then I walk into a house and immediately start mentally moving in.

Today it was this bathroom.

My buyers noticed. 😂

The Northland isn’t just growing… it’s becoming where people WANT to be.

For years, people talked about “going north” like it was the outskirts of KC.

Now? The Northland is becoming one of the biggest growth stories in the metro.

Parkville and North Kansas City were recently named among the fastest-growing communities around Kansas City, and honestly… it’s not hard to see why.

More restaurants. More entertainment. More businesses. More amenities. More people intentionally choosing lifestyle and convenience.

The interesting part to me isn’t just the growth itself, it’s how much the perception of the Northland has changed in the last 5–10 years.

People aren’t just moving here because it’s affordable anymore.
They’re moving here because they genuinely WANT to live here.

What do you think has changed the most about the Northland recently? 👇
