Saturday is especially packed! Start the morning with the Farmers Market and American Legion pancake breakfast, catch the Parkville Days Parade at 10 a.m., then head to English Landing Park from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. for Family Sports Fest before live music kicks off later in the afternoon.

It’s a really good day when you get to hand keys to a longtime friend. ❤️

I’ve known her and her family for years, so getting to help them find their new home was a lot of fun.

Two veterans, two sons, two dogs 🐾 and a brand new place to call home.

I’m so happy for this whole crew and grateful I got to be the one to help them get here.

Now the important question... which one of the dogs is claiming the best spot in the house? 😂🏡

Somewhere between the first chapter and the lake view, my brain finally got quiet.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is unplug for a few hours.

Some homes are just houses. Others hold an entire chapter of your life.

This home is where they said "I do" in the backyard, where they brought their baby girl home for the very first time, and where countless memories were made with family and friends.

Closing day was filled with excitement for what's ahead... and yes, a few tears as they said goodbye to a place that meant so much.

I'm incredibly grateful they trusted me to help them close this chapter and begin the next one. Wishing your family nothing but happiness as you make new memories in your next home. ❤️🏡

At just 22 years old, Mario is officially a homeowner! 🏡

He had a plan, worked hard, stayed the course, and today he gets the keys to a place that's all his.

What makes this one even more special? Mario was referred to me by Aymee, another first-time homebuyer I had the privilege of helping. Seeing clients trust me enough to send their friends and family my way is something I'll never take for granted.

Congratulations, Mario! I can't wait to see what's next for you.

I almost didn't go.

The idea of spending several days with a group of Real Estate Women when I only knew one person pushed me way outside my comfort zone.

Sharing space, opening up, and being vulnerable with people I don't know isn't easy for me. But I'm so glad I said yes.

Blue Sky Retreat gave me so much more than I expected. Between the hikes, yoga, laughter, meaningful conversations, and quiet moments to reflect, I found exactly what I needed.

I am coming home with incredible new friendships, a clear head, a solid business plan, and a renewed excitement for what's ahead.

It's funny how growth often begins with doing the thing that makes us the most uncomfortable.

To the amazing women I shared this experience with, thank you for creating a space where it felt safe to be real. You reminded me that vulnerability isn't weakness; it's where genuine connection begins.

I'm heading home grateful, inspired, and ready to put these ideas into action. ❤️
