We’re excited to be sharing our space with Flagship Books beginning mid April.

Some big news today: the bookstore is moving to a new location! But don't worry - we're only moving 4 blocks. Starting sometime in mid-April, our new home will be at 510 N. 6th Street.

We love being in Strawberry Hill, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to move into a larger location just a few blocks away. It means more space for books and for hosting readings and book clubs and new types of events - but just as importantly, it means being right next to friends and neighbors like , .kc, , , , and . During in the spring, summer, and fall, we'll be right at the heart of all the activity.

As of now, our plan is to be open as usual at 6th & Ohio through the first week of April, then close for a few days while we get everything moved, and reopen in our new space in mid-April. We'll be sharing progress updates as we work on transforming the new place (currently the Local Agent real estate office) into a bookstore, and we're looking forward to telling you about some new ways that this location will help us collaborate with friends and other local businesses.

We hope you're as excited about this change as we are, and that you'll come celebrate with us in the new space when it opens. In the meantime, we'll be at 600 Ohio Ave. for another month or so, and we'll be open regular hours this week: 1-6 Wednesday & Thursday, 11-6 Friday & Saturday, and Sunday 1-5.
