Summer is one of the busiest times of year in real estate.

More homes coming on the market — but also more buyers ready to compete for them.

If you're thinking about making a move this season, here's what I'd want you to know going in:
✔️ Get pre-approved before you start looking. In today's market.
✔️ Move with confidence when something feels right. Good homes in KC aren't sitting for weeks. If you love it, we shouldn't wait.
✔️ Don't skip the private showing. Open houses are a great start — but a one-on-one showing gives you real space to think.
✔️ Lean on your agent. Having someone watching the market daily makes the whole process a lot calmer.

The summer market can feel fast. But with the right prep, it doesn't have to feel stressful.

RED Day is always one of my favorite days of the year. ❤️

This morning, I had the opportunity to volunteer at Futures First supporting a charity connected to one of my past clients, which made the experience even more meaningful. After that, I headed over to A Turning Point to help freshen up the space and give back in another way.

One of the things I love most about RED Day is the reminder that real estate is about more than just transactions — it’s about people, relationships, and serving the communities we’re part of every day.
