I believe that buying and/or selling your home should be more than just an occurrence, it should be an experience. I work hard to tailor an experience that serves both your personal and professional needs to ensure that you are satisfied in this pivotal life decision. I initially got into real e

state because of my mom and growing up around the business. However, I stayed in this field because I find it fulfilling. I love helping people meet their real estate goals and building personal relationships throughout the Kansas City area. Aside from real estate, I love being the active father of two great kids, Avery and Lillian. I enjoy attending sporting events and relaxing with friends and family. I also love taking full advantage of all of the unique, delicious food destinations that KC has to offer. Please contact me on my cell phone (816.728.2174), by email ([email protected]) or you can message me on Facebook or LinkedIn. I make it a priority to make contacting me as convenient as possible.

There's an old belief floating around that spring is the only "real" time to sell.
I get why it stuck. More listings, more buyers, more energy.
But here's what that story leaves out. πŸ‘‡

More listings also means more competition. In spring, your home is one of many. In late summer and fall, there are usually fewer homes on the market β€” and the buyers who are still looking tend to be serious.

They're not casually browsing. They're ready to move, often before the school year or the holidays.

So a quieter season isn't a worse season. Sometimes it's the one where your home actually stands out.

None of this means you have to list right now.
It just means if fall feels right for your life, don't let a calendar myth talk you out of it.
The best time to sell is usually the time that fits you.

Happy to think it through together whenever you're ready. No pressure. 🏑

If you bought your home in the last several years, here's something worth knowing.

You've probably built more equity than you realize.

Prices around Kansas City have climbed steadily β€” the regional median is up over 4% just from last year, and that's on top of the gains from the years before. 🏑

Which means the home you bought as a "starter" might now be a real launching pad. For an upgrade, a move closer to family, or just a fresh start somewhere that fits your life better today.

A lot of people assume moving up is out of reach. Then they see their actual numbers and realize they had more room than they thought.

You don't have to make a move. But you should at least know your options.

I can put together a quick, no-obligation look at what your home might be worth right now β€” and what that could unlock.

Just reach out whenever you're curious. πŸ”‘

When you're getting ready to sell, it's tempting to list high and see what happens.

I get it. It's your home. You want to get every dollar you can out of it.

But here's what the data keeps showing: homes that are overpriced when they hit the market tend to sit. And the longer a home sits, the more buyers start to wonder what's wrong with it.

A well-priced home does something very different:
βœ”οΈ It generates early interest and strong showing activityοΏ½
βœ”οΈ It can create competition β€” and sometimes multiple offersοΏ½
βœ”οΈ It sells faster, with less stress and fewer surprises

Pricing isn't about leaving money on the table. It's about positioning your home to attract the right buyers at exactly the right moment.

Getting the price right from the start is one of the most important parts of my job β€” and it's something I take seriously for every seller I work with.

If you've been thinking about selling, I'd love to share what I'm seeing in your neighborhood. Reach out anytime. 🏑

When people ask me why I focus on Kansas City, the honest answer is simple: this is home.

I know these neighborhoods because I live in them. I run through them on Saturday mornings. I've watched streets change, watched values climb, and watched families build something real here.
That kind of familiarity changes how I do this job.

When I help a buyer, I'm not just pointing them to a house β€” I'm helping them understand the community they're choosing.
When I help a seller, I'm not just pricing square footage β€” I'm positioning a neighborhood people genuinely want to be part of.

Gladstone, Liberty, Parkville, North KC and other areas in the metro β€” each one has its own personality, its own momentum, its own story right now.
And I love being the person who gets to tell it.

If you want someone who knows Kansas City β€” not just the MLS β€” I'd love to connect. 🏑

Happy Fourth of July! πŸŽ†

There's something really special about celebrating the Fourth in Kansas City.

Neighborhoods come alive. Families are out on their front porches. Parks fill up. The whole city has this energy that reminds you why you love living here.

I've been rooted here long enough to know β€” Kansas City people have a genuine pride in this place. And that shows up in the communities, the blocks, and the homes we take care of.

This holiday weekend, I'm grateful for this city. For the clients who've trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. And for a community that keeps showing up for each other.

From my family to yours β€” have a safe, happy, thoroughly Kansas City kind of Fourth. 🏑

Home is about more than a placeβ€”it's about community, opportunity, and belonging.

Today, we recognize Juneteenth and celebrate the freedom, resilience, and contributions of Black Americans throughout our nation's history. We honor this day by reflecting on the past and continuing to work toward stronger, more inclusive communities for everyone.

Happy Juneteenth.
