About the owner:

Matt Anderson began his career, in the hospitality and entertainment industry, in 1996. As a highschool student, he found he had a knack for fixing things and customer service. After that, he began taking several college courses in various trades, as well as continuing to work in the industry. After years of witnessing the plight of establishment owners trying to solve general m

aintenance issues by "I got a guy", or "ask so-and-so who's brother is a (insert profession)", he decided to take matters into his own hands. He has been working as a Senior Service and Support Technician, as well as serving as Service Manager for a financial and retail equipment provider as well as keeping one foot in the hospitality and entertainment industry for the last decade. This year, after seeing the strain that the pandemic put on the industry, he decided now was the time to give back to the industry the best way he could - offering his expertise and services without costing the venue owners an arm and a leg. It's my way of giving back to the industry I grew up in."
