Alec passed his comprehensive exam last week and is one of two new designees in the CCIM Kansas City this year. As manager of analytics and research, Alec plays a key role in the financial analysis and underwriting that have powered Hunt Midwest's massive growth over the past several years, and this recognition as a commercial real estate expert is much deserved.
