Hunt Midwest is expanding into Georgia.

We’re pleased to announce Hunt Crossroads Commerce Center — a 280-acre, 1.9 million-square-foot Class A industrial park located at Interstate 16 and Jimmy DeLoach Parkway, just 15 miles from the Port of Savannah.

Construction on the park’s first building begins late summer, with five additional build-to-suit buildings planned across the site. The location provides direct access to I-16 and I-95, putting tenants within reach of major Southeast markets and within a two-day shipping of 230 million consumers.

Hunt Crossroads Commerce Center is Hunt Midwest’s first development in Georgia and part of a growing Southeast industrial portfolio that now includes more than 10 million square feet available or under development.

Happy Groundhog Day!

We celebrated over the weekend at the 44th annual Groundhog Run benefiting the children of Ability KC, which brough about 3,000 runners underground to SubTropolis for the most unique 5K and 10K races around. Thank you to everyone who came out to support Ability KC's mission and amazing programs!

A special thank you to the hard-working SubTropolis facilities and security teams for investing hundreds of hours to create a safe, secure, and fun environment for all the runners and visitors!

The 44th annual Groundhog Run was an incredible day of community and impact. Held in the Hunt Midwest SubTropolis, this unique underground event brought together participants and supporters who showed up in a big way.
