Mondays update is quite the confirmation of Sundays preparations I did and sent out last night to all my clients. I follow quite a few analysts. This one is historically spot on I've found.
Kansas and Missouri haven't felt the effects yet but will soon as we are sitting at exactly 50 - a neutral state for buyers and sellers. If you need/want to list the time is running out before inventory exceeds demand and current listings continue to reduce price and home values decline.
