This one was an absolute wild ride for a lot of reasons but man, the buyer and I had fun navigating it! I got the seller down from an already reduced list price of 160k to a purchase price of 116k and the numbers made sense for my buyer to add it to her investment portfolio!

A referral from someone else in my office, this seller was such a sweet man. Due to personal circumstances he had to sell as he'd been living in another state and just wanted to get out clean.
