Even in a seller's market, using an agent will almost always net you more money (𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝟮𝟱%+ 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚) when selling your home than you would if you tried to sell it yourself. In today's market, the stakes are high, decisions are quick, and there is immense pressure on everyone in the transaction — which is why sellers need a real estate agent by their side.
