We are a little behind posting this one (being busy is a blessing) but, this nice farm with income and development potential changed hands last week.

We worked with this seller from out of state to sell 3 tracts of land so they could settle their trust. This was the last tract remaining and we are happy for them.

Our buyer was a young couple who bought this as their first farm. The tillable acres will create income for years and this farm has a lot of development and division options down the road.
