IS THE MARKET GONNA CRASH?!?!? 📉 I keep getting asked this, and I get it- inflation is crazy (looking at you, gas prices ⛽️), mortgage rates are on the rise, our pets' heads are falling off!... But in all seriousness, we are way behind on inventory, and the basic laws of supply and demand dictate that if demand outpaces supply, prices will continue to increase. I included the year-over-year decrease on inventory for each county, and that is compounded with last year's historically low inventory, which is what is driving prices up so rapidly. Having more inventory doesn't lead to a crash- it leads to a BALANCED market where both buyers and sellers are favored; sellers are favored by rising home prices (hello, equity!) and buyers have many options to choose from.
