If you would like to contribute to an Angel please contact us and we will deliver an Angel to you or stop by the leasing office. The gift amount limit is $40.00 per Angel. Gifts must be turned into the office by Wednesday, November 29th at 5pm. 🎁

Hello!

The cold weather is quickly approaching. Below are a few helpful reminders:

1. Make sure all exterior water hose connections are removed from your home.
2. Let your faucets drip and open cabinet doors on any exterior walls. (Townhomes and Single-Family Homes)
3. If you attempt to use your water and water does not come from the faucet, please call emergency maintenance immediately. You possibly have a frozen pipe that could lead to flooding and major damage to your personal property and your home.
4. Do not turn your heat off for any reason and make sure it is set at a minimum of 55 degrees.
5. Note: during extreme weather you might notice your exterior HVAC units working harder and possibly will be louder. This is temporary and should be corrected on its own once the weather heats.
6. Please ensure that your garage door(s) close properly

Halloween Events
• East Patrol Division will be having a Trunk or Treat at EPD, 2640 Prospect, on Fri., Oct. 30th from 5:30- 7:30 p.m.
• Shoal Creek Patrol Division will be hosting a drive-thru Trunk or Treat through Boo Alley, on Fri., Oct. 30th from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. Boo Alley will begin at the corner of Searcy Creek and Pleasant Valley Rd.
• North Patrol Division will be at Main Event, 8081 NW Roanridge Rd, for a family friendly costume party on Sat., Oct. 31st, from 12-4 p.m.
• Central Patrol Division will be at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1700 E. Linwood, for a Trunk or Treat on Sat. Oct. 31, from 4-7 p.m.
• North Patrol Division will be at Harmony Vineyard Church, 600 NE 46th St., for a Trunk or Treat on Sat., Oct. 31st, from 4-6 p.m.
