Three closings today. Three completely different stories. One purpose.

🔑 20 years old. First home. He’d been told “no” more times than I can count, even made it under contract before getting denied. My lender found him down payment assistance, and today he gets the keys to his own house. At 20.

🔑 Tired of renting, wasn’t sure buying was even possible. Today he’s not bringing a dime to close he’s leaving with a refund check. A 40-year veteran agent told me she’s never seen that happen. I’ve done it multiple times in two years.

🔑 For sale by owner. Didn’t want an agent. Didn’t like agents. We talked. I earned it. Took that FSBO and got him an all-cash offer at asking, today he walks away with a check that secures his retirement.

Different ages. Different walks of life. Same job for me: work harder than anyone for the people who trust me with one of the biggest moments of their lives.

That’s not a tagline. It’s the whole point.

Drove past a whole row of flags on my way to a showing today and it hit me that I was about to hop on Zoom and walk a buyer in Great Britain through a downtown KC condo.

That’s the job now. The world’s looking at Kansas City, and I get to show it off.
