Led by the Downtown Council, community and business leaders banded together to imagine the future of Downtown Kansas City. The process attracted both long-time stakeholders and emerging voices across greater Downtown to work together.

The resulting Imagine Downtown KC 2030 Strategic Plan is designed to serve as the primary vision-setting and policy blueprint for shaping a stronger, better, more resilient communities with an unflinching commitment to creating an equitable, inclusive, and vibrant Downtown Kansas City.

Dear View Residents:

The View Social Committee is thawing after a long winter and are starting the 2018 year off with an Exclusive Offer for all View residents. The Barn Players, KC's longest running community theater, has recently relocated to a new location just few blocks away and will be performing their first show in the new location next month. Chicago is an award winning musical that made into a movie in 2002. The theater group is offering all View residents BOGO tickets, so two tickets for $20. This is a wonderful price, and I can assure you that talent the Barn Players attract to their casts are top notch in this city. The show runs THU/FRI/SAT from March 1-11. The social committee along with as many people sign up will be attending the show on March 8th as a group preceded by dinner at Garozzo's in Columbus Park at 5:45.
