Fannie Mae recently dropped their new predictions through 2025. We were hoping to see rates back down in the 5s in 2025 but doesn’t it seem to be in the cards.

Home prices are continuing to rise at an avg of 6%. If you’re waiting for rates to come down you’re going to find the home prices increasing. It could be possible to refinance one day at a lower rate but the home prices are not going to decrease.
