This is a 1-bedroom 1 bath apartment. It is on the 2nd floor, city level with a southern exposure facing Armstrong Ave. The living space has an open floorplan and visible kitchen. The location within the building is near the elevator and off-street parking. The Y Lofts are designed for seniors ages 55 and better. Income limits apply. Water/sewer/sewer/trash are paid, residents are responsible for the electricity.

The Y Lofts Senior Apartments are designed to provide much more than just an apartment. The building was formerly a YMCA and has been lovingly restored for ease of use and creating a small community for those ages 55 and better. There are laundry facilities, an elevator, several resident lounges, and common areas including a community kitchen for social events.

The original gym has been preserved providing an indoor sports court, there is an indoor running/walking track and fitness center as well.
