The future of American manufacturing is being built right here in Kansas City!

Last week at Union Station, we celebrated The University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) being selected by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) to lead the Critical Materials Crossroads (CMC) Engine, a regional initiative to rebuild America’s domestic supply chain for critical materials. We proudly stood with the CMC Engine and Port KC to celebrate a massive step forward for our region and country.

NorthPoint Development is honored to help translate this vision into industrial capacity by developing the sites, infrastructure and manufacturing environment needed for businesses to onshore the production of critical materials within the U.S. By revitalizing sites like the Missouri River Terminal, we are positioning Missouri and the Kansas City region to become a national center for critical material processing, knowledge and innovation.

Big things are happening in the Fort Worth area! We officially broke ground yesterday on Building 1 at the Intermodal Logistics Center (ILC) West.

This milestone marks the start of a Class A master-planned development that will deliver over 1 million square feet of modern industrial space, new jobs, and long-term economic opportunities to the Denton County Community.

We want to extend a massive thank you to our partners at Olympus Ventures and the Rockhill/Cole Family Partnership, BNSF Railway for providing direct, world-class intermodal connectivity, and Crossland Construction for leading the build as our general contractor.

We look forward to watching this site transform and seeing the positive impact it will bring to Denton County!

Yesterday, we celebrated the official groundbreaking of Hazleton Logistics 141 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania!

We enjoyed the morning with delicious local coffee, pastries, and impactful conversations. We especially enjoyed hearing from Mayor Jeff Cusat, Luzerne County Councilman Jimmy Sabatino, and our VP of Industrial Development, Tom Williams.

We are incredibly grateful to all our guests, partners, community members, and our general contractor, Contegra, for helping us bring this 5.3 million SF park to life. Together, we are laying the foundation for thousands of jobs, enhanced local infrastructure, and a booming economic future for Luzerne County. Our investment in Hazleton is an investment in the community’s growth.

Another exciting groundbreaking in the books! The 364 Logistics Center is officially underway in Maryland Heights, Missouri. We were honored to hear from Mayor Mike Moeller and other key stakeholders during the ceremony, and we’re grateful to everyone who attended to celebrate this milestone with us.

Spanning 339 acres, this 2.1 million-square-foot, five-building development will not only address the high demand for modern logistics space in the Midwest but is also projected to create an estimated 863 jobs and strengthen the local economy.

We’re proud to partner with the City of Maryland Heights and Kadean Construction on this project. Here’s to a successful development ahead!
