Busy week in real estate… even in December! 🎄🏡

Two amazing families closed this week and my heart is so full.

• A sweet young family found the perfect home to update and turn into a place where their little girls will grow, laugh and make lifelong memories. 🩷✨
• Another family made a big move all the way from Canada! 🇨🇦 They had very specific needs and even with low inventory, we found them a gorgeous duplex that checked the wants and the needs. 🙌💫

People ARE moving in December. Homes ARE selling. The work never stops… and I wouldn’t want it any other way. ❤️

STEFANIE GYM SERIES- PART 11
💥💥💥FINAL INSTALLMENT💥💥💥

I’m reviewing every Genesis in the Kansas City metro, but only based on the things that I care about. Here’s reminder if the criteria…

1. How many smith machines
2. Is there a box at front desk for keys
3. Are cleanup stations fully equipped
4. At least one smokin hot trainer on staff
5. Did I make any friends

Bonus if there is smoothie bar 😎

This installment is ST JOE GENESIS

1. How many smith machines- 2!! Yay!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
2. Is there a box at front desk for keys- No, but they held my keys for me, THANK YOU! 👍🏼
3. Are cleanup stations fully equipped- No. just random broken spray bottles sitting around 👎🏼
4. At least one smokin hot trainer on staff- Yes! I tried to get her picture but she was in meeting.. so pretty! 👍🏼
5. Did I make any friends- Yes! See attached picture 😉👍🏼

BONUS for smoothie bar- Yes! And the smoothie they made me was peanut butter cookie, and it was delicious! 👍🏼

Overall, I actually enjoyed this gym. Apart from driving an hour up north. I was surprised that the staff was super friendly, they was TWO freaking Smith machines and the smoothie was good. The only thing I didn’t like about this gym was the layout. They separated the different machines from each other and a very odd way to accommodate a large basketball court. I just found it annoying. Plus… It’s Saint Joe. No one‘s there. Lol. If you find yourself up north and need a place to work out, it is absolutely not a bad pitstop to get your burn on. A solid end for the tour 😎❤️🦾
