Regal Homes Society -Compass Realty Group At Regal Homes Society, real estate isn’t just a transaction — it’s a lifestyle upgrade. I have been a licensed realtor in the state of Missouri since 2015.

Based in Kansas City and backed by the powerhouse of Compass Realty Group, we specialize in helping families. Born to two Kansas City natives, I graduated from Lee's Summit High School (GO TIGERS!) and then completed my undergrad degree, in Business Administration, from the University of Central Missouri in 2013. I consider myself a painter and artist and enjoy beautiful things. I finish each race strong. With the Grace of God, I do not give up. Conquering a new challenge or skill is an opportunity to me and not an issue. I have a huge family that I am grateful for. I work hard but love them harder. When you work with me, you are not just my client, you are my family. Thank you for choosing me. I am humbled to be the realtor that you chose to begin the next chapter of your life.

-Signed your realtor with love,

Sharidan..

I prefer mine chilled, with a little salt on the rim.

What’s everybody’s favorite soup? 😂👇🏾

What does $2.895 MILLION get you in Leawood? 👀

Because THIS is not your average condo.

Only 11 residences make up The Residences at Parkway Plaza, and Unit 301 is giving private, polished, lock-and-leave living right in the heart of Leawood.

3 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. 3,050 square feet. And the DETAILS?! 🤌🏾

10-foot windows overlooking the resort-style pool, a chef’s kitchen with Wolf appliances and a massive waterfall island, a spa-inspired primary suite, steam shower, custom LED closet, private office…and then there’s the actual VAULT DOOR leading to a private safe/w**e retreat. 😮‍💨

Add in private garage parking, a fitness center, red light sauna, entertaining spaces and the kind of privacy you get from having only 11 residences?

Yeah…they did their BIG ONE with this one.

📍 4951 W 134th Street 301 | Leawood, KS
3 Bed | 3 Full + 1 Half Bath | 3,050 SQ FT
Offered at $2,895,000

Could you trade the traditional house for THIS kind of condo living? 👀 Tell me below.

Want to see it in person? Send me a DM. 🖤

I love my family. I love a good gathering. I love making memories. Let me start there. 😂

BUT being the child of the people who host EVERYTHING is a very specific life experience. 😭

Because when your parents are the hosts, you’re not a guest… you’re staff. 😂

Setting up. Cleaning up. Running to the store. Moving chairs. Answering the door. And somehow there’s always a “real quick, can you…” waiting for you. 😭😂

Meanwhile everybody else gets to just pull up, eat, laugh, pack a plate and GO HOME?!

And the fact that I filmed this while my parents were actively hosting Labor Day in the background makes it even funnier. 😂

Wouldn’t trade the memories or having a family that genuinely enjoys being together for anything. 🤎 But Netflix, thank you for finally giving me the opportunity to tell my story. 😂

Who else grew up in THE house everybody came to? And be honest… were you family or were you staff too? 😂👇🏾

Technically it’s still summer, but I’m already romanticizing fall. 🍎🍂

So I took a little day trip to Weston, Missouri—and honestly, this might be one of my favorite ways to get a head start on fall without going too far from Kansas City.

We started at for apple picking, made our way to , and ended with a w**e + dessert pairing at Weston W**e Company. And yes… the apples made it all the way home and into a homemade pie. 🥧

If you’re looking for an easy fall day trip from KC, save this one for your fall bucket list.

And because I know somebody is going to ask about my apple-picking basket 😂🍎 I linked it in my Amazon Storefront — link in bio.

We “girls night” so hard. Finally a moment to wear this beautiful MESHKI dress. It was so comfortable and of course attracted a million compliments. Night’s like this I love being a girl. Girlie clothes , girlie hair, girlie shoes , girlie drinks , girlie laughs and shenanigans. Noka Social House Jade Jaguar and The Mercury Room 10/10 but time with my emergency contact and bad little sister ♾️/♾️.
