She stayed on top of everything, even outside of normal business hours, and was always available when I had questions or needed guidance.

As this was my first time purchasing a home on my own, there were many things I did not understand. Jewel took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process.

She was incredibly easy to talk to, patient, and supportive, which made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend Jewel to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home. She is truly amazing!

We met with her and a couple other loan officers from different companies and we felt like she would be able to give us the best experiences first time homebuyers. We were very unexperienced so we didn't always understand everything that was going on and we wanted someone to walk us through and be able to answer questions. Jewel guided us through every part of the process and made sure we understood what each part meant.
