It seemed like half of Kansas City was at the Savannah Bananas game Saturday night! 🍌⚾✨

And let me tell you… Savannah is just built different.

That’s why we love it so much and why we’re planning to retire there someday. The food, the history, the architecture, the live oaks draped in Spanish moss, the riverfront, the people… there is just something magical about Savannah. 💛

In fact, we’re heading out in the morning for a week in our favorite city! ✈️🌴✨

If any of my friends are looking for Savannah Bananas gear, send me a message! The merchandise selection in Savannah is amazing, and if there was something you wanted at the game that was sold out or unavailable, I’ll be happy to see if I can track it down and bring it back. 🍌🛍️

Fun fact: At Savannah Bananas home games in Savannah, your ticket includes all-you-can-eat food and drinks. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chips, popcorn, cookies, soda, and water are all included. 🌭🍔🍿🥤

This amazing buyer came to us through lender extraordinaire Mike Corwin, and for nearly a YEAR she stayed focused, coachable, patient, and determined to change her life. When the perfect house appeared, we knew we had to move FAST.

And guess what?

We were NOT the highest offer.

But relationships matter. Communication matters. Strategy matters. A solid team matters. And this deal was full of good humans working together to get a family into a home. 💖
