This one took trust. A lot of it.

Buying a home is exciting, but it can also be downright scary. It’s a big financial decision, a big commitment, and there are plenty of moments where your brain starts whispering, “Wait… am I really doing this?”

My job was never to talk her into buying a house.

It was to make sure she understood what she was doing, felt comfortable asking every question, knew her options, and had someone in her corner protecting her through every twist and turn.

Sometimes my job is to keep you moving forward.

Sometimes it’s to tell you to slow down.

Sometimes it’s to say, “You do not have to do this.”

The goal is never just getting to the closing table.

The goal is helping someone make a decision they feel good about when they get there.

And for her, that decision ended with one pretty sweet word:
