It's Thursday, the weekend before Halloween is headed our way! Hope everyone is ready? We are almost there!

I received a call from a past client earlier in the week asking if it is a good time to sell their home. This time of year is one of my busiest times. I am a huge advocate for selling your home in the fall and winter months, here are view reasons why. There is less competition, so your home is most likely going to stand out if we follow my sellers process, buyers are serious about buying during this time of the year, there are a lot of transfers that happen as the year is approaching year end. The home has a warm ambiance, as we decorate moderately for the holidays and prepare it for the market. It is one of my favorite times to help my clients meet their goals, if its buying or selling. With the good reasons always come of few cons... showings may be slower, the home could possibly be on the market for a little longer and it's a busy time of year with all of the holiday festivities. As the conversation ended, we left with the idea of making a pros and cons list for their family and doing what's best for them and that I would be here if they have any questions! 😊

Happy Friday!

Hello! I thought I would take a moment and reintroduce myself! I have had a lot of new faces and thought I would say Hello!

I live here in Kansas City with my husband and 4 amazing sons and 3 dogs!! Yes, I am a boy and dog mom!!! Our oldest son Devin finished 2 years at our local community college, (making a decision of where to go next), Caiden graduated from High School and is playing baseball at Highland Community College (WooHoo), Maison is a freshman (thank goodness, my old sole son needed to move on 🤣) this boy lives and breathes baseball and football and Jordyn is in 6th grade loves everything football and baseball and telling everyone else what to do!!!!!

With my passion for working with people, design and business, six years ago I took the plunge and got my Real Estate license, and I haven't looked back since! I love everything about Real Estate and Design and knew this is where I was meant to be! I have continuously grown and have this desire to continuously learn all that I can, and since this industry is always changing, I am always growing! With an expertise in being a listing specialist and negotiation skills, I strive to deliver a client experience through processes and systems to where I become my clients trusted advisor in Real Estate. I absolutely love what I do and my clients!

In my free time you will find me at a ball game, exercising, reading a book, listening to a podcast, creating something beautiful, enjoying wonderful conversation, eating an amazing meal while laughing with friends and family!

Life is SO good and I am SO happy to be here to share it with you all!!!

The weather here the last 2 days has let us know that FALL TIME is really here! There are so many amazing places to visit this fall in Kansas City and so many wonderful things to do!

My Favorite Places to visit:

- Pick the perfect pumpkin at , , or !
-Grab some warm apple cider at or .
-Visit the largest corn maze in Missouri .
-Take a walk through or photograph beautiful fall colors at places like Loose Park, Weston, Missouri, Atchison, Kansas, or .
-Attend one of the area’s many fall festivals such as the Liberty Fall Festival or Weston’s Applefest!

My favorite things to do:

- Drink a cup of your favorite Cocoa by the fire
- Story tell at a Bonfire
- Watch Football (All Football)
- Decorate our front Porch
- Get a Fall Drink and watch Hocus Pocus
- Eat a caramel apple
- Light a fall candle
- Wear your favorite sweater
- Buy produce at your local farmers market
- Carve Pumpkins
- Bake Cookies
- Take a hayride
- Roast Smores
- Family Photos
- Take a nature walk
- Take the kiddos trick or treating
- Bring a food truck to your community for trick or treating

Happy Thursday!

Our son Caiden came home for a visit yesterday from college, it was so good to see him and spend time with him. One of the things that we talked about is if he could bring home his college friends to spend the weekend with us since their homes are so far away? We said sure! It’s really important to us that the kids have a place to go where they feel welcomed! We are so excited to have the boys here at our home. ❤️

This design made me think of what an amazing place for family gatherings or friend gatherings. Wouldn’t this be amazing to hang out in? And the view, so peaceful!
