Man, what a trip.

Just got back from Anaheim and honestly still processing it all. Our team joined over 1,000 agents from around the country for a PLACE event — and three of us had completed all 5 challenges in the production contest last year, which earned us a spot at a private dinner with the co-founders and about 300 other people who did the same.

Getting to actually sit down with the people building the technology behind our team… that's not something I took lightly. I mostly just listened. Asked a few questions. Took it in.

But honestly the thing I keep coming back to is the people we met. Agents from everywhere — different cities, different markets — all just genuinely trying to do better at what they do.

That energy is hard to describe but easy to feel.
