Entering my 12th year in real estate and reflecting back on the past 11, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I've had the absolute honor of working with some of the most incredible clients, learned alongside some of the best agents, recieved a few awards along the way & I'm even grateful for the "not so great" moments I've encountered in this profession as it's taught me lessons & shown me how not to treat others & conduct business.
All that said, last Friday at our company holiday party & awards ceremony I wasn't among the top producers this year. I wasn't highest in sales volumes, units, closings but I did receive an award that honestly means so much more to me than any of those others. I am so grateful to work for Patrick & Marta Grace and United Real Estate Kansas City. To be acknowledged for our financial achievements is always a great feeling but to be noticed for the things we do to make the world a better place... there aren't words. 💖
