I started selling real estate in the early 1980's- at that time, the prime interest rate was 21%. I learned how to sell in a really tough market! Over the last 30 years, I've sold thousands of new and old homes in Kansas and Missouri. I've worked with first time buyers and sellers, as well as experienced buyers and sellers, investors, and clients relocating to and from Kansas City. In addition, I've managed and trained as well as owned and operated my own real estate company. I've done it all! I obtained a degree in nursing in 1978 and found that the principles I learned in nursing have been my greatest assets in business. "Assess Needs and Take Care of People". In 1981, I obtained a license in real estate. In 1983, I obtained a broker's license in Kansas and Missouri. In 1986, I started my own company and obtained the Certified Residential Broker's Designation. Later, I obtained the relocation specialist designation. In 1990, my company was purchased by J.D. Reece Realtors. For the last 21 years, I have remained part of Reece & Nichols Team as a Senior Sales Executive selling real estate helping educate other realtors to become top salespeople.
