Once it's dark, we'll head out to the trail with our flashlights in search of our spider pals.

It's CLOSING DAY for Logan & Pandora!

We helped these awesome folks purchase a home in Raytown 5 years ago when they moved back to MO from CO. Right when we moved back to MO in April, they reached out to us to sell their Raytown property and help them purchase their forever home (impeccable timing)! Now they've got some treed acreage in one of our favorite parts of Independence! HOORAY!

The majority of our clients were moving from another part of the world to where we lived in Colorado and Arizona. Sometimes the clients flew in to look at properties with us, but oftentimes we previewed these properties for them, sharing video footage and allllll the details required to purchase a property. While we always prefer they experience a property in person before submitting an Offer, many of our clients purchased these properties sight unseen - heavily trusting our expertise regarding condition, if it's a smart investment, allowing us to attend Inspections on their behalf, make contractor arrangements - there is a MASSIVE amount of trust that has to take place for this to go smoothly!

AND, we've relocated a time or two ourselves and can say we have ironed out the wrinkles in what a cross country move needs to look like to be successful! There are a LOT of moving parts and when you've never done it before, it can be incredibly intimidating!

We'd love you to share our information with your loved ones moving to Missouri or Kansas! We've got a well-oiled machine over here and will make it the best real estate experience they've ever had!
