A brand-new neighbor is joining our West 39th Street community!

We are thrilled to welcome Marigolds restaurant to our building's commercial space this fall. The eatery will sell sandwiches, cold cuts, specialty hot dishes, pastries, baked goods, and coffee. Marigolds hours will be 6 a.m.- 3 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
